Shangkoo Shim obtained his J.D. in Michigan State University, College of Law. Admitted to the bar in 2005, he has built a respected practice in New York & New Jersey real estate law, representing buyers, sellers, co-op boards, landlords, and commercial clients across the city.
Shangkoo Shim currently concentrates on his practice on wills and trusts, as well as residential and commercial real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, refinances, leasing, and 1031 exchanges.
