Shangkoo was born and raised in Queens and attended Fordham University before earning his law degree from Brooklyn Law School. Admitted to the bar in 2005, he has built a respected practice in New York real estate law, representing buyers, sellers, co-op boards, landlords, and commercial clients across the city.
Shangkoo concentrates his practice on residential and commercial real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, refinances, leasing, and 1031 exchanges. He brings a rigorous, detail-oriented approach that has earned him the trust of both first-time homebuyers and experienced investors.
He is a member of the New York State Bar Association's Real Property Law Section and the New York City Bar Association.
